Mazda VICS uses a solenoid to open bypass flaps top change the effective inlet runner length on some models of MX-5.


The driver is shown below. Be sure to assign "VICS" in the IO Settings to the correct pin as shown in the plug-ins Hardware Install Guide (under support on our website) or if using a wire in, the chosen Low Side.


VICS can also be used as a simple RPM type switch if required.


The VICS driver is under the "System" node in MEITE.



Enabled Yes Or no will determine if the function is active and Min/Max RPM determines when the chosen VICS output will be turned on when between those RPM Ranges. Inverted Output allows you ton change it so the output is On when outside those RPM ranges and OFF when it is within them.
