ME442/ME360/ME221 GEN2 Wire-In Pinout

Please note the 90 Pin GEN2 ME221, ME360 and ME442 all share the same 90 way case and pinout, though some functions are not available on different versions. The ME442 Variant has all features.
In general, the ME221 GEN2 is designed for FOUR cylinders, the ME360 GEN2 for SIX cylinders (or those needing DBW), and the ME442 GEN2 for EIGHT cylinders.
NOTE: The older ME442 GEN1 Revision C or Revision D has some slight pin differences and the pinout table HERE should be used instead.
